A little more monotone than the Bâtard with pure classy white fruit

On the palate this is a supple

Margheria is a very chalky vineyard with a good percentage of sand (which brings elegance)

They picked the grapes from Taganana later than the ones from La Orotava

It’s bottled unfiltered

It's also matured in a new large French oak cask

and a long charcoal laced finish

The tannins are somewhat firm but also well balanced
