A fine c.1820 Derby floral plate in the style of Leonard Lead (1787-1869).Description. Beautifully painted, probably by Leonard Lead, whose floral paintings are encountered very frequently in the post 1820 period. Lead's palette was vibrant as is this plate and the quality of the painting is high. Derby mark in red. Condition. In excellent antidote condition. Scalloped rim and border
